Below are a series of several quesions we've received over the last few days. In order to better inform all our patrons we've taken the most common questions and provided answers below. Please read through this page before trying to contact us with your questions.
Where can I buy Brew Fest Tickets?
You can buy tickets at the Frontier Field Box Office on Saturday, August 15th,
if tickets still remain for purchase.
Where does the event actually take place at Frontier Field?
Brew Fest takes place the under covered and open portions of the stadium's
concourse. Access to the stadium stands, walkways, and field are strictly prohibited.
Is there an age restriction?
Persons Under 21 are NOT permitted at the event.
What type of photo identification do I need to bring?
The following are the only accepted form of identification:
• Valid Driver License
• Current Passport
• Military or Government Photo ID
*Expired photo identification of any kind cannot be used to validate your age.
Student identification cards are NOT a valid form of identification.
Can I bring a back pack or food?
No Backpacks or outside food is permitted. Food is available for purchase on site. All bags and purses are subject to search prior to entry.
Is there a Preferred Hotel or Package Deals?
Yes! We have secured a special room rate and package deal at the Rochester Plaza Hotel and Conference Center. For a single occupancy room including one ticket the rate is $110.00 plus tax. For a double occupancy room including two tickets the rate is $130.00 plus tax. Please contact the hotel with the link above and ask about the Brew Fest discount. The hotel is within walking distance of the event.
Do you have Handicap Parking available?
Handicapped parking is available at all the paid parking lots.
Where do volunteers park?
All volunteers are responsible for their own parking. Unfortunately we can't offer free parking for volunteers.
How much beer can I sample?
Samples will only be poured into the official 5 ounces glass.
Each sample is approximately 2 ounces.
It is our expectation that everyone samples responsibly. All Brewers and exhibitors reserved the right to deny samples to any person that appears to be intoxicated.
Anyone who appears to be intoxicated can be asked to leave the event.
Are there ATMs on site?
Yes, ATM machines will be available on-site.
Is there food available on site?
Food is available for purchase on site.
What If it Rains?
This is a rain or shine event. In case of rain there is a covered concourse over most of the event.
Can I smoke?
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
Can I bring a camera?
You are welcome to bring a camera.
Can I upgrade a general admission ticket to VIP?
All 200 of our VIP tickets SOLD OUT two months ago and we are not offering any upgrades, sorry. Make sure you're a Brew Fest Insider! You can sign up on the home page. Brew Fest Insiders get first dibs on VIP ticket.
Can I bring or use my own glass?
No. But you do get a great Brew Fest sampling glass with admission.
Is the pig roast included?
The delicous pig roast must be purchased seperately
Can I buy a FC Brewfest volunteer t-shirt?
Nope. Volunteer shirts are only for volunteers.
Can I get on the baseball field or into the stands?
Access is not allowed in stands or field.
Designated Driver tickets can sample non-alcoholic beverages (wine not included).
